After a brief 8 month hiatus in which I attempted to get this huge 2nd floor commercial space considered for deed-restricted residential, I’ve given up! My apathy is your gain. Yes, I’m very funny.
I’ve spent the last month scraping, painting, cleaning, revamping, updating my business model for the increases of life (yes, inflation is a bitch). My wonderful husband has also been helping with it all, especially the plumbing!

I’ve set this place up like it’s a home, and so I expect renters to treat it as more than just an office space. It’s a sanctuary, a small spot where futures grow bright with ideas and community.
